Portfolio holders have shared their feelings about U.S. Money Reserve on a number of platforms, and some of their comments mention why they have chosen to work with the company more than once.

The company’s attentive customer service approach, for instance, appears in multiple U.S. Money Reserve reviews, such as the one Jimmy and Lorraine R. shared through the Better Business Bureau website.

The couple was able to take advantage of the company’s generous buyback policy. U.S. Money Reserve offers to provide a full refund — excluding shipping, handling, and insurance costs — for certified coins that are in their original condition, in a sealed container, within 30 days of their purchase.

If you decide to sell a certified coin you have bought from U.S. Money Reserve in the future, the company also says it may offer to purchase the item from you.

“My family and I had an unfortunate turn in our life, and we requested a refund,” Jimmy and Lorraine’s review says. “We received our refund quicker than we could imagine. [It is] a true blue company with wonderful agents.”

After making a precious metals purchase from U.S. Money Reserve, Richard F. also had to contact the company when a personal issue arose.

“Unfortunately, [my circumstances] put me in a hardship position,” he says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews posted on Google. “I reached out to [my Account Executive], and he resolved the issue of returning my purchase.”

Lisa F.’s testimonial regarding the creation of her precious metals IRA is another one of the positive U.S. Money Reserve reviews that have been shared on Google.

“I wasn’t even sure who managed my retirement fund from a previous employer,” Lisa says. “[U.S. Money Reserve] not only found the account but [was] able to get all of my funds transferred. I feel very happy and confident with their assistance in managing my money!”

Serving as a Source of Education

A number of U.S. Money Reserve reviews from portfolio holders also mention that they’ve received personalized and thorough information from the company.

Bountiful, Utah, resident James E. was impressed that the U.S. Money Reserve Account Executive he spoke with didn’t urge him to buy anything.

“He found out my knowledge of gold, silver, etc., and what my goals were,” James says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews posted on Google. “He also asked questions to make sure he was addressing the correct need I had at that time. I needed to get [out] of one [individual retirement account]. Within one day, I had my IRA transferred and backed by [gold]. What a relief. Since that day, they have followed up. They did exactly what I needed without trying to sell me anything.”

Kenneth T. describes a similar initial encounter with the company.

“I don’t give compliments,” Kenneth says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews that’s been shared on Google. “I’ve talked to a lot of these companies in the last year. Not only was [the Account Executive] patient, [but] he [also] convinced me to call back tomorrow and make a decision. This has never happened before.”

Haily M. calls her interaction with one of the company’s Account Executives a “great experience” in the review she wrote on Google.

“He was an amazing salesman, very honest and open about the whole process,” she says.

In another one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews available on Google, Emery S. says he can’t comprehend why “anyone would say these guys are anything but wonderful.”

“I’m certainly not a novice,” Emery says. “This company not only knows the market and their products well, [but] they [also] genuinely want to help people who don’t understand how it works. I’ve done business with them a few times now, and I am more than happy with their service.”

Providing Supportive Answers and Guidance

Emery isn’t the only portfolio holder who has returned to work with U.S. Money Reserve multiple times.

In its more than 22 years in business, U.S. Money Reserve has helped more than 785,000 clients establish diversification plans that are tailored to their individual goals, processed $2.5 billion in transactions, and shipped more than 3.9 million coins from its main vault facility.

Led by President Philip N. Diehl, who served as the 35th director of the U.S. Mint, the company is one of the country’s largest distributors of government-issued gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.

U.S. Money Reserve’s unique Client-Connect Advantage approach to customer service focuses on establishing a meaningful long-term relationship with each portfolio holder the company works with.

To provide clients with assistance setting up, funding, and adding precious metals to self-directed IRAs, U.S. Money Reserve employs a team of dedicated Account Executives.

You can view some of the company’s precious metals inventory options on its website or call 1-888-356-7074 to speak to a U.S.-based Account Executive about what’s available, your portfolio goals, and making a precious metals purchase — an experience, according to portfolio holder Eric S., that can feel just like chatting with a friend or family member.

“They set the bar high in trust, patience, expertise, integrity, pricing, and rapport with their customers,” Eric says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews shared via the Better Business Bureau website. “I felt comfortable and happy during the whole process, and they always had time to answer all my questions. I recommend U.S. Money Reserve to anyone wanting to preserve their financial future.”
